1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and santai44 ("santai44", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the santai44 website, mobile platform, games and all associated services available at santai44.win.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All player accounts at santai44 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank and other methods as displayed in your account settings at the time of transaction.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion. Deposits made via supported Malaysian payment methods are typically credited to your santai44 wallet in real time.

santai44 operates an anti-money laundering policy. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless explicitly approved otherwise by the santai44 compliance team. 10 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit santai44's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Termination & Closure

You may close your santai44 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any funds remaining in your account balance (net of pending bonus wagering obligations and any amounts subject to investigation) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

santai44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, criminal or otherwise prohibited purposes.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which santai44's international gaming licence is held. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the competent dispute resolution body designated by santai44's licensing authority. The decision of that body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents santai44 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms.
